McCoy Wixon Architects is an award-winning architectural firm with offices in Dunedin and Central Otago. For more than 70 years, the studio has been designing commercial, residential, healthcare, heritage and education projects.
McCoy Wixon Architects is known for designing exceptional residential houses and commercial buildings, including heritage, healthcare, and education facilities – from small homes to large-scale, complex commercial projects. We are a design-led practice. Each project is conceptualised through a detailed process, with design solutions addressing every aspect of the client’s brief.
Client collaboration and ongoing consultation are fundamental to the McCoy Wixon approach, with the client involved as much or as little as they wish throughout the process. This results in structures that function beautifully, impact appropriately with their environment, and – most importantly – fulfil and exceed the client’s expectations.
The team at McCoy Wixon Architects is made up of dedicated professionals, each bringing a shared passion for architecture. Collaborating seamlessly, we transform our client’s visions into exceptional architectural solutions, ensuring every project reflects our commitment to integrity and quality.
