New World Prestons Road and retail development provides a retail shopping hub servicing the needs of both the existing and growing community of Prestons Village, located on the northern edge of Christchurch City. The 41,329m2 site, originally a rural marshland was developed to house a New World Supermarket along with 4 separate retail spaces with a total building area of 4,780m2.
